Retzer Farm Bourbon
One of a kind wheated bourbon derived from grain grown in the fields surrounding the distillery on the Retzer farm. Touch of sweetness with little aftertaste and no burn. Very fast finish. 92 proof. Typically available in 375 mL and 750mL bottles.
Farm Boy Bourbon
Our best-selling bourbon, this is our heaviest wheated bourbon with 30% of the mash bill being wheat. Earthy sweet at 90 proof. All of the corn and wheat in this offering was grown on the Retzer farm in the fields surrounding the distillery. Available in 750 mL bottles.
Ledgerock Corn Whiskey
Derived from the yellow corn grown on the farm, aged in used oak barrels derived from many different sources – used bourbon barrels is the most common, but sometimes the barrel is from port wine or used rum barrels. The label might look the same, but each batch definitely carries its own character and flavors. 100 proof. Available in 750 mL bottles.
Ledgerock Vodka
We use 100% corn to make this beauty. We triple distill it to get it to the clean finish you will enjoy. There is also a touch of buttery sweetness, which makes it a special and unique offering. 80 proof. Typically available in 375 and 750 mL bottles.
Frost bite Gin
Juniper is infused as required, but in a way that keeps the piney notes to a minimum. Bitter orange peel and coriander lend a citrus partnership to the juniper for a nicely balanced, subtle gin. 90 proof. Typically available in 375 and 750 mL bottles.
Grandview Garden Gin
Our gin base is made with 100% corn just like the vodka, but it is distilled less intensely. Infused with juniper, then infused with sweet orange peel and coriander to give a nice citrus aroma and taste. Then soak rose hips in the juice and just leave the golden color that it gives with the spirit to go to the bottle. Very light with the juniper and heavy on the orange that will give you a fruit loop twist like no other. 80 proof. Available in 750 mL bottles.
